Tuna Hamburgers for the family

Serving should serve 7-8 People.

800g Tuna Steaks,Minced
1 Carrot,Grated
1 Onion Chopped
40g Chives Chopped
5 Eggs
50ml Mayonnaise (if you like mayo,you can add more if you want i do it.)
Bread Crumbs (put as much as you like but the recommended amount is 100g)
salt&pepper to taste

olive oil.



1) Mix all your ingredients in a large bowl, except the Olive Oil.
2)Form Patties.
3)Heat Olive oil in a pan over Med. Heat.Put patties in the pan (i Usually put in 3 at a time,enough space to turn over) .
4)Cook,uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Im no lover of eating Tuna, but I must say that sounds quite lekker ;) thanks man !
